Additional Choice Pack Policy

Additional choice packs are available to support client shade selection and may only be requested alongside a fully paid main order. Choice packs cannot be ordered as a standalone item.

A courier and handling fee of 20 AED per additional choice pack applies.

All choice packs must be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original condition, including:

• Hair fully secured in the hair net
• Original packaging intact
• Hair ties unopened
• Packaging not torn, damaged, or altered

A return bag and return label will be provided for your convenience.

If a choice pack is not returned within 7 days, or is returned in an unsellable condition, the full retail price of the pack will be invoiced.

Late Return Extension Fee

A late return fee of 10 AED per pack, per additional day will apply to any choice packs returned after the 7-day window.

This policy allows flexibility for client fittings while ensuring fairness and stock availability for all partners.
