Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on unopened, unused items only.
- Packaging must be sealed and in original condition.
- Any opened pack, broken seal, or sign of handling is final sale.
- Sale items are non-refundable.
Fees
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- A 15 AED return/restocking fee applies to all returns.
- Dubai returns must be collected through our courier (we will arrange this).

International returns must be arranged and paid for by the buyer.
The buyer is responsible for the item until it reaches Hush Hair safely. - 30-Day Manufacturing Guarantee
Covers genuine manufacturing faults reported within 30 days of installation, (no longer than 40 days from sale): shedding, tangling, matting, tip breakdown, adhesive issues, or unusual discolouration (if no chemicals, products or toning shampoos were used). Proof of installation date is required.
Not covered: wear and tear, incorrect installation, heat/chemical damage, improper aftercare, or issues reported after 30 days.
Approved claims receive replacement stock, strictly no refunds.
Trade Accounts (Professional Use)
All trade purchases are supplied for professional use only.
By purchasing through a trade account, the stylist accepts responsibility for:
- Installation
- Client consultation and expectations
- Aftercare guidance and product use
- Ongoing maintenance
Hush Hair does not assess or manage end-client complaints for trade orders.
Any claim must be raised directly by the trade account holder and will be assessed strictly in line with the manufacturing defect criteria outlined above. Any concerns raised outside of the stated timeframe fall under the responsibility of the trade account holder at their discretion.
