This guarantee applies exclusively to Hush Hair Extensions.

We stand behind the quality of our hair. Each set of extensions undergoes strict quality checks before shipping. While issues are rare, our 6-month guarantee covers any verified manufacturing defects to give you peace of mind with every order.

What’s Covered
This guarantee includes:

• Excessive shedding
• Tangling caused by manufacturing faults

What’s Not Covered
The guarantee is void if:

• The hair has been coloured, bleached, or chemically treated — including toning shampoos
• Extensions were installed or maintained incorrectly
• The issue is caused by your natural hair (e.g., breakage or scalp conditions)
• All colour changes due to external factors such as water quality, sun exposure, sunscreen or product build up. These are all factors beyond our control.


To submit a claim, please contact us within 6 months of purchase with a written explanation and clear photos of the issue. Claims must be submitted via email to info@hush-hair.com. We are unable to review cases without supporting documentation.

All reported hair is inspected and tested by our team. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we’ll repair or replace the affected hair. Please note: shipping costs or salon service costs, including removal or reapplication, are not covered.

If the claim is not approved, the original hair can be returned to you once postage costs are covered.
